We collect only the information necessary to provide our cleaning services (e.g., name, address, contact details, and service preferences).
All client information is strictly confidential and is securely stored.
Only authorized personnel, including the owner, have access to sensitive information such as keys or account details
2. Key Handling & Access
If clients provide a key, it is kept in a secure lockbox at our office.
Only authorized personnel may access keys.
We review all details of your property with any substitute cleaners if your regular crew is unavailable
3. Breakages & Service Incidents
Accidents can happen. Any items accidentally broken during cleaning are covered by our company.
Cleaners immediately report any breakage to the office.
No deductions are made from the cleaner’s pay for accidents.
4. Cancellation & Lockout Policy
Same-day cancellations: $50 cancellation fee.
Late cancellations: $50 fee if notice is received after the agreed-upon time (7 AM).
Lockout: If cleaners cannot access your property, a $50 fee applies.
Notifications must be made via phone or email prior to the scheduled cleaning.
5. Pricing Transparency
Our pricing is based on:
– Property size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms)
– Property condition and level of buildup
– Pet hair or specialty cleaning requests
– Labor hours required
– Travel & supply costs
Additional charges may apply for excessive clutter, heavy grease, post-construction debris, excessive pet hair, or large quantities of dishes/laundry.
Client Pricing Notice: All pricing is estimated. Final pricing may vary depending on property condition, accessibility, and requested services.
6. Payment
We accept payment via check or online payment.
Clients may pay per cleaning or via monthly statements.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe for online bookings.
