Welcome to Temi’s Clean and Care Solutions LLC. By booking, using our services, visiting our website, or communicating with our company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICES

Temi’s Clean and Care Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services including:

Standard Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Office Cleaning

Post-Construction Cleaning (limited)

Specialty Cleaning Services

All services are subject to availability and company approval.

2. APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL WINDOWS

Our cleaning teams generally operate between: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to:

Traffic

Weather

Previous job conditions

Unexpected delays

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window.

Some jobs may extend beyond normal operating hours if additional cleaning time is required.

3. PREPARATION BEFORE CLEANING

To help us provide the best service possible, clients are responsible for:

Removing clutter from surfaces and floors

Securing valuables, cash, jewelry, antiques, collectibles, heirlooms, and fragile items

Providing access to all requested cleaning areas

Informing us of any special instructions or fragile areas before service

Additional charges may apply for:

Excessive dirt buildup

Heavy clutter

Hazardous conditions

Excessive pet hair

Biohazard situations

Hoarding conditions

4. PET POLICY & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

For the safety of our staff, clients, children, visitors, and animals, ALL pets must be properly secured before our cleaning team arrives.

This policy applies to ALL animals including but not limited to:

Dogs

Cats

Birds

Snakes

Lizards

Ferrets

Rabbits

Hamsters

Guinea pigs

Fish tanks

Exotic animals

Aggressive breeds

Emotional support animals

Service animals when cleaning conditions create safety concerns

Clients are required to:

Keep pets in a secured room, crate, kennel, cage, or safe enclosed area during service

Prevent pets from roaming freely during cleaning

Inform us ahead of time if pets are present in the home

For safety and liability reasons:

Our cleaners will NOT handle, restrain, walk, feed, or care for pets

We are NOT responsible for pets escaping due to unsecured doors, gates, cages, or client negligence

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if any animal appears aggressive, threatening, unsafe, uncontrollable, or interferes with cleaning operations

If a cleaner feels unsafe due to animal behavior, the service may be immediately terminated and full charges may still apply.

Excessive pet hair, urine, feces, vomit, fleas, odors, infestations, or pet-related biohazards may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

5. BIOHAZARD & UNSAFE CONDITIONS

We do NOT clean:

Human or animal feces

Urine contamination

Blood

Vomit

Mold infestations

Pest infestations

Drug paraphernalia

Sharps/needles

Hazardous chemicals

Unsafe structural conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if the property presents health or safety risks.

6. LOCKOUTS & ACCESS

Clients must provide accurate access instructions before the appointment.

If we cannot access the property upon arrival:

A lockout fee of $50–$100 may apply

Full-service charges may apply in certain situations

Clients are responsible for:

Keys

Access codes

Gate codes

Parking instructions

Building access arrangements

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require at least: 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

Cancellation fee up to $100

Deposit forfeiture

Full-service charge for same-day cancellations

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash

Credit/Debit Cards

Zelle

Cash App

Electronic payments

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in legal collection actions.

9. DAMAGES & LIABILITY

While we take great care in every home and business, accidents may occasionally occur.

Clients must notify us of any alleged damage within: 48 hours of service completion

We are NOT responsible for damage resulting from:

Pre-existing conditions

Improperly secured items

Worn, loose, fragile, or deteriorating materials

Poor installations

Loose blinds

Loose fixtures

Aged furniture

Improperly mounted décor

Weak shelving

Water-damaged surfaces

Normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the cleaning service.

10. SAFETY POLICY

Our cleaning technicians will NOT:

Lift excessively heavy furniture

Move hazardous materials

Climb beyond safe reach

Use unstable ladders

Handle weapons or illegal substances

Clients must provide a safe working environment.

11. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION

We may take before-and-after photos for:

Quality control

Training

Damage documentation

Internal records

We will never intentionally disclose sensitive personal information.

12. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Unsafe conditions

Aggressive behavior

Harassment

Discrimination

Threatening conduct

Unsecured pets

Illegal activity

Unsanitary or hazardous environments.

13. WEBSITE USE

By using our website, you agree not to:

Misuse the website

Attempt unauthorized access

Copy company materials without permission

Submit false information

Use the site for unlawful purposes

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia

By booking services, using our website, or communicating with our company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
